The Acqua Water Vase owes its name to the traditional container for water used during the Japanese tea ceremony. It can be used as a vase, water container, or an art glass decorative object.
The Acqua Textured collection takes its inspiration from nature in Japan. The collection consists of a Bud Vase, Water Vase, and Tea Container. Their soft sinuous shapes are symbolic of pebbles while their striking texture recalls water flowing in a mountain stream. The delicate color is most intense where the glass is its thickest, becoming paler and paler until crystal clear. Hand-crafted from mouth-blown Murano glass, Acqua Textured is a limited edition of 19 art pieces each.
